Run away, don't even bother with this company.

Ever since Web Africa moved all hosting services to 1-grid I have nothing but issues.

This is not a complaint to try have my issue resolved, but more to tell you that I will be moving all my domains and websites to another provider who actually cares about there customers. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. #1 Your live chat puts me on hold for 15min before telling me to leave a message, your call center had me on hold for 25 min before cutting me off and your "fantastic" support team do not respond to tickets logged.

Please explain to me how this business of yours is still running???
