Poor client service from Gridhost
Poor client service - I've had a contract with Web Africa and everything was great, but since Gridhost is in charge the client service disappeared. They debit my account whenever they want to even after I complained about this multiple times - In the contract I agreed to be debited on the first day of the month. When I speak to their support team and ask for a managers assistance they give me the call center number. Pathetic!

I read the chat you had with our consultant and sent your details over to our billing team to discuss with you how things will work going forward. I requested feedback from them as well so that I know they have made contact. There is nothing we want more than to ensure that all issues are resolved within the processes we follow.
