Pathetic service. 10 April 2018 - Moneeba Khan tells me my services is restore. WICH IT WASN'T 12 April 2018 - Francois Damon tells me the same thing. WHICH IT WASN'T Eventually AJ Jattiem assisted me and actually listened to my query. Thank you for that. 14 April 2018 - Mpumi Malimba promise to give me a call on 16 April 2018 after 9:00am. Still no call nor any answers on my query. Well done Gridhost. You rock!

Sorry to hear that your experience with us recently has been poor. We are more than happy to look into this and assist you further. I had a chat with AJ and he explained what the issue was. The service in the front-end was reinstated as our billing individuals advised you but the websites did not start again in your control panel which is what AJ had a look at.
We are busy with lots of changes to fix parts of the certain system that is not functioning the way it should be and I can assure you that the effort is being put in to get it seen to as soon as we can. I spoke to Mpumi this morning as well and she tried contacting you realizing that it is a bit early afterwards. She will be in touch after 8AM.
