<p>So I submited a tickect about the payment service that is broken and the ticket #363108 was just closed without any feedback or help. Now again I'm trying to pay to prevent my website from being closed down and again the payment services are broken. In the week when I called I held on for 34 minutes to try to get through to someone to help and no one answers. This service and help is *******. I would never reccomend it to anyone. Rather take Afrihost.</p>

SO the review was placed on the 31st of July, and a response was issued 18 October. . . This proves my point on how pathetic Gridhost is with their client care.
