Kevin Nel and Camerlita - Call Centre Legends..

I cannot emphasise anymore of how great Carmelita's service is.. Every call to her is just efficient, calls returned and problems resolved - always!. (i usually pray I get through to her when I call billings)..

Secondly great service from support this time as well: After multiple calls over days I got through to Kevin. Big thumbs up to Kevin Nel for swiftly resolving my issue and actually getting back to me.

To the 1-grid bosses who wish they were as sharp as the above two: clone these individuals and your general 90% of time overall ****py service issues will work themselves out.. This is all your clients want. People who deliver and don't forget about you when you call a call centre:-

Cause I am sure you experience this yourselves in other industries where you call a million times and have to speak to a million people, re-explain the situation a million times to resolve an issue. Guess what bigshots?? you doing this to other people for money as well.. doesn't seem fair does it??

That's why I have to praise individuals like the above two as they give your clients some form of hope..
