Keep taking our money but Fail To Assist

This company has changed branding and names over the recent years. Previously it was always willing to assist and also user friendly. As a small business, we could manage and operate our website independently. Since the change of company name, no one in the organisation seems to be bothered to assist. No assistance is given on trying to make my website visible which has been down forever. They keep saying that I need a developer compared to assisting me in the past. Every month without fail they debit my account, however my website is not live....I do not want them to help me with my content or maintain my site......All I require is that my content is visible.....I have complained many time, they keep calling and fail to assist....Seems they are trying to expand globally but they have forgotten to service us locally.....
