GridHost Transactional ***** & Services Not Rendered

I registered two domains with Gridhost last week.

Realising the domains had not been registered for over a week I decide to contact support to enquire. Support assured me that the domains will be registered.

I decide to register the domain with Hetnzer. Within 2 minutes the domains are registered. I then get a message from Gridhost saying that they cannot transfer the domains to my hosting on Gridhost.

# 1 I tried to register domains # 2 Gridhost did not provide a service and register these domains # 3 Idid not register for any hosting with Gridhost as i could not without a domain .

This is blatant ***** and theft and the incident has been reported to relevant authorities.

I know a couple of people that work at Web Africa. Some I studied with. However I cannot recommend the service to anyone.

If you care about your money, or business then you need to stay away.

A big fan of entrepreneurs and how Matthew and Tim created a company that employs lots of people it saddens me to see such a company providing such a terrible service.

The company seems geared towards collecting your credit card details so they can bill you on a continuos basis. They have a myriad of payment call to actions, popups etc. I would not have a problem with this, if they actually provided a service.

Kindly process my refund request and delete my account as I do not want to be associated with this company. I do not want credit or anything. I just want my money back.
