Extremely slow and unknowledgebale
I registered and paid for their website builder. With in 2 hours I realised that what was offered was not what I received. The templates were terrible and extremely limited in application.
I cancelled the service immediately and send them a ticket to advise that as per the National consumer act they must credit my account as the services are not suitable and it was with in the CPA 7 day act. I got a response a few days later from Francios and was advised that I must give a months notice. I rep**** saying he must read the mail properly and revert.
After that the ticket was closed and I responded saying that the ticket should remain open as it has not been resolved.
I followed up again on the 6th Jan 2018 and again on the 12th Jan 2018 and still no reply.
Service is absolutely shocking and as per the National consumer act I would like my payment refunded to me

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. You are correct in saying that you are eligible for a credit which is why we are liaising with our billing team to assist with this further. 15 Jan 2018, 10:54Thanks for the reply this, This message is in private mode. This is an honest review, you guys are terrible. The tickets take forever to be sorted out on both my accounts. I have to chase you guys. The generic pop up to say my accounts in arrears the whole time is unacceptable. If you have a challenge with Paying customers address them direct. My one account is in credit and it still does that.
My experience with you guys is poor.
