Extremely poor service and terrible response times
I have logged various calls to Gridhost and have had no luck being able to speak to a human being or getting my issues resolved. I have aclient website I need to get up and non of the supp**** settings I have added to my client area works. Useless service and poor support.

Thank you for taking my call. I do apologize again for service you received from us recently. Since the system did a suspension run we have been experiencing high call and ticket volumes. We are working through them as quickly and efficiently as we can. Even today our call queues has been a bit high as there are still customers contacting us about this.
