email deleted from server by Gridhost & appalling lack of customer service

4 months since being migrated to Gridhost & still trying to (a) get my account sorted (b) get a senior management person to call me (c) having zero response to an email with full reconciliation of my account deleted from the server under the guise of combining tickets. The service is appalling, their accounting is seriously lacking as is customer service. I have wasted hours of my time trying to get a response from someone with authority. I am unable to move my accounts to another hosting company as they refused to release my accounts when requested, demanding money that is not due, and as they deleted the detailed reconciliation of my account from the server AND my computer, I have no proof that I actually sent them this information & that I have paid in full for my accounts.
