Domain Nightmares
I Registered a domain, 10 days after my registration my domain is magically owned by a completely different company.
all you can say is that you can offer me a .com domain for free.
No!
i want the domain I paid for I do not care if you have to re buy it from the new owner.

We found an account linked to empirefleet.co.za but there are no orders for any domains and the mobile number was linked to an account that has been inactive for months. Please provide the account number you are referring to as well so we can investigate that for you as soon as we can.

unfortunately we requested a full refund on the domain we app**** for and related hosting costs to that domain.
We have never had a problem until GridHost took over from WA, domains were registered in minutes.
