Disgusted that they can redirect my paid domain to their landing page,

Total disgusted with 1-grid when if its not their default messages to tell customers that they in arears when the account is in credit it is this,

They take my paid domain which has no website attached to it and when my clients type my domain it goes straight to their landing page advertising my clients to take a website through them.

Totally disgusting that you can use some thing I paid for with out permission,

I had to phone support to get it removed,

Its is like going into some one elses bank account with out permission,

As discussed I feel that if you can take my home page I paid for and use it as your landing page you stole from me as you had no permission to do that. You took not only my money but my whole website for your personal again which is *********. I am in the progess of buying .africa domain. I feel that 1-grid should waive the annual purchase fee for me to keep my two business domains and email addresses ect failing that its time to move on. Also I have not received your email.
