Direct Message on twitter help
I tried phoning Gridhost they didnt answer. Infuriating. I KNOW. So taking to twitter i was met with Zaheer who answers their tweets. Wow... what great service! He was ready before 8 to help with my problem, with me every step of the way, solved it AND sent an email to help me out for next time. THANKS ZAHEER!!
