From webafrica to gridhost. its like they transferred all their inefficiencies across as well..
In today's day and age what does it take to get a support agent who promises to call back to actually call back?
Lady by the name of muniera promised to call back after I explicitly said no one returns my calls. And what happens, a polite promise and same ****..never called..
Their emails also take ten years to arrive to your mailbox. this has been going on for years... Seems like its impossible for them to fix these issues..
Stay away if you can.. their hosting services work but if you need urgent effecient support... good luck..

Sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience with us recently. I would like to apologize on behalf of the agent and 1-grid as this is not how things are meant to be done. I do understand that it was extremely busy yesterday as there were a lot of suspended customers which was most likely the reason why the call back never happened. Nonetheless, the correct expectation should have been set which is what we take responsibility for.
