Compliments to a Billing Staff member

1-grid is company that hosts my domain. I have been having a few issues with them suspending my account...they say due to non payment. After a couple of very frustrating calls to sort out this mess, I finally spoke to a gentleman, Francois Damon who assisted me. He spent time with me on the phone going back into history files to solve the problem. He even managed to find a "lost" payment I made [my fault... the incorrect account details were on the PoP] I would like to place on record that he never lost his cool., was very professional and efficient. He called back when he said he would and followed up to ensure my service was up and running. The previous calls i made to this company were never recorded, so there was no proof I had called. The last person I spoke, (a female) didn't adjust my account and sort like she said she would.
