Complete mess up after Migration from Web Africa
My experience with Gridhost has been terrible! They migrated my services to gridhost, payments were made but not updated in there systems. They charging me debit fees, suspended my service and i was left in the line for hours trying to sort it out. I raised a complaint with their business, no contact no email it was just closed. I tried many to resolved it with gridhost I really want to go back to Web Africa. I paid all my services and one was suspended. I am fuming and really want to taje my business elsewhere!
