Blocking Negative Facebook Comments / *********** Domain Administrator
They Remove all Negative Comments from their Facebook page.. (Their answer to this is : Our page is mainly used for marketing purposes) What they don't understand it works both ways.
Been trying to transfer domains away from WebAfrica / Now Gridhost, Since mid Now I have 4 Domains that does not get transferred, and have communicated numerous times.
There is a general lack of taking ownership of their problems, in the end it is always blamed on the Developers..

Yet their Domain Administrator Aphiwe, who is supposed to know where a domain is located comes back and indicate that "Please be advised that the domains that have been transferred away are no longer showing as active on your account." Then he still wants to justify it with a response.
When he sees he is wrong he blames the Developers, why is it that only after me loosing it am I told that they have a System issue (was not mentioned once since the 15th of Nov"

Sorry to hear about the experience you received. As I advised you during our Facebook conversation, I am happy to liaise with the necessary people to ensure you are assisted further. Before we did the split of Web Africa and Gridhost, we had to update the system we use to manage customer accounts and it seems that there are certain things that are not working as intended which is why we need the feedback in order to amend it. It is possible that they might not have been aware of the issue at the time but are now. Nonetheless, as I promised before, we will ensure you are assisted further.
