Blling issues
Since Web Africa rebranded their web hosting as Gridhost, I have had billing issues.
First they send through a threat to suspend my account for non payment of a cancelled domain (which was cancelled before the rebranding), and then they charged me on the 2nd of Jan, and then sent me another suspension for non payment threat on the 4th of Jan. They wanted to suspend the domain on the 5th of Jan.
They need to get their billing systems in order and get a clue about customer service.
