Bad web server hosting service.
I initially signed up with Web Africa was great for years then they seem to hit a rock then my hosting got taken over by Hostgrid was bad but could survive so then they hit a rock now it's 1-Grid, for a Shared Windows Hosting Service provider to not even be capable to Host a WordPress site it's pathetic, it's clear they don't care about the legacy clients as their support is virtually non existent and if you get a reply it's rude and days in-between replies.

I am sorry to hear about your displeasure towards us. I understand how frustrating it can be if things aren't working as one would expect it to. WordPress is something that does not work best on .Net packages. It is not that PHP sites does not work at all, it just works a lot better on the cPanel packages with a lot more ease than the other. If the site is already hosted on the .Net package then we would need to assist where possible but if all fails then we would recommend moving it onto the cPanel environment where it functions better.
I managed to find your latest ticket and saw that it has already been assigned to someone. I will follow up to find out what the update is so that you can receive a response to the issue you are experiencing.
