APPALING SERVICE FROM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT - 1-grid cannot contact me via cell, instead just keeps deducting money off my account

After being with 1-grid formally know as GirsHost, for about 6 years not missing one payment or debit order I have never expected this service. I simply changed my banking details for the debit order on 9 July 2018, I get a notice saying "Ticket Received", 3 days later I get a notification saying "Ticket Resolved", to my surprise I assumed they changed the account number not knowing that they sent me emails that I did not receive as I do not really use the mailbox anymore. But when a debit order bounces 1 and then again a week later trying to get funds, the accounts department should contact me tellephonically, then this entire ordeal could have been avoided. So long story short - 1-grid has deducted via multiple debit orders money from an unused account making them bounce everytime, with FNB you pay R100 per debit order that bounces, leaving me owing the bank approx. R1050,00 for debit order fees and the amount owed to 1-grid. I expected a phone call from your accounts department when the debit order failed twice within 10 working days, but instead you people send out automatic responses as it is cost free and no one has to do some work, COSTING ME MONEY. I would like to take this opportunity to warn people to not use this provider, being a loyal customer myself for 6 years, and leaving me to pay my account because someone could not pick up the phone and contact me like every other credit or service provider does. APPALLING!!!
