1-GRID WORST PROVIDER - DON'T CONSIDER!

Absolutely shocking service! I have never quite had so much ***** happening on my account and guess what?

NOBODY RESPONDS AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I have requested a manger get back to me after 3 weeks of back and forth and they KEEP taking my money and suspending my services! After being a customer for over 8 years, I am pushed as a low priority, my money keeps depleting and the same invoices keep generating! They close the case and NOTHING GETS DONE!

Phone them and you have to chew on your airtime for at least 5-10 minutes before the call cuts at least 3 times before you get through!

BE WARNED - DO NOT USE 1-GRID, use someone reputable like Afrihost!
