1-Grid Service, Support Sucks!!!

1-Grid Support Sucks, perhaps that should've been their Motto from the start.. If Bad support is what you looking for then go to 1-grid.com. So i was on live chat with the agent of which i waited for his response for 30 minutes and still the issue was not resolved, the next day that same live chat widget is not on the website anymore. I then went to open support ticket, of which the agent responded after two days with the email titled "Thank you for your email and apologize for the delay in responding to your email." and again the issue was not solved. My last hope of course was "calling", not knowing that i am making my situation worse, i waited for 30 minutes and still did not get through (your music sounds nice thought).

1-Grid is a disappointment inform of a hosting provider, this are just the basics.. Now i see why they moved from web africa to Grid Host Now to 1-Grid, whats next ?...

One last tip, change your name to from 1-Grid to 1-Bad Support
