1 grid!!!!!

once again back on here with 1 grid issues, they keep experiencing problems with their scripts, had to call back again on friday because my second domain, didnt want to work it showed as suspended on the back end again even though i paid on the 2nd of sept. had to waste my air time again, today i cant get through on the land line, due to long call ques, im no 15 in the que, cant use the live chat option as it doesnt work, tried to reset my password to retrieve my emails but it, it wont reset,.... so i cant do my business as usual....why did web africa leave us in the hands of these people, we had no issues at all with them.
