Terrible Customer Service - Avoid if you can

<p>I was incorrectly invoiced for the month before my service was activated. Been trying to resolve this issue for the last 2 months now. Takes them weeks to repsond to some emails, been a very unpleasant experience.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly, if you are coming from Telkom and looking for better customer service, you won't find it here.</p>
