Promises no delivery

<p>I signed up for a fibre service offered by greencom, they have installed the infrastructure at my estate however i am still not connected a month later. Everytime i call thier technical support Craig, he just promises i will be connected and then just dissapears. i actually just regret signing up for this thign now. </p>
