Installation blues

<p>After Greencom's installation in Sunninghill, Sandton my Telkom lines at home were not working (after 20 years). It took many calls to Ryan to try and sort out. Now only one line is working and after Greencom trying for 2 weeks, they unable to fix the 2nd line. Ryan has given up, no follow-up or escalation. It is for me to sort out.</p> <p>I called and left messages for Paul and Dale, also emails and no response. </p>
