Faulty line for 2 weeks

If you want to experience the worst service you have found a company. Second time experiencing technical issues and I still experienced the same service as the first fine. 2 weeks later still waiting for someone to let me know when my internet/fibre will be fixed. If you run a business from home you are pretty much *****ed. Mind you these are services you are paying for. Very disappointing to say the least!!!
