claim service is restored but its in fact still faulty

Internet has been out since Friday evening around 9, Greencom claim its restored around 11 am on Sat, but the line keep getting randomly disconnected, making playing online game nearly impossible, tried to contact Greencom support in the afternoon but guess what they already off for the weekend, terrible service all over.
