Blacklisting when I have a debit order

I have had a year of hell with Greencom - accounts is a mess and this morning I received a letter of demand from a credit company that greencom is to be paid - I HAVE A DEBIT ORDER!!!! They are terrible with communication and never seem to get things right as of 2018 new provider to be used thank you very much!!!!!
