Bad service and misleading advertising

<p>Greencom / Metrofibre sells their service as 10 MBPS fibre internet. One only gets that just after connecting. In reality it is nowhere near that, with the service often being as slow as 0.5 MBPS. That is twenty times slower than advertised. If one reports this, one gets given the runaround or told to stop complaining. Unfortunately Metrofibre is the only fibre company where I live.</p> <p> </p>
