37 hours and internet still not working

Since Friday evening 9 pm, up until now Sunday morning 10:30, the internet is still not fixed, the line speed is slow, and I get disconnected at random, making playing online games impossible, web browsing is also extremely slow. Also Greencom tech team only work till 2 pm on Sat, and doesn't work at all on Sun, so when the internet have issue on weekend, you just have to wait until next week, terrible service.
