WORST RENTAL CAR COMPANY IN THE WORLD

Everything about this company is useless. The *******ly take money off my bank account. When I call them to discuss this, the stupid old man starts talking to me like I'm a piece of junk. They ended up doing nothing about it and I had the money taken from a bank account which I never gave them permission for. <br> <br> I then got a traffic violation of 36 pounds and they send me a bill for 96 pounds and ask me if they can take the money off my bank account or if I want to sort it out myself. I sent them an email stating that I will do it myself and then the money was taken off my bank account! I DEMAND that my money be paid back and I will deal with the traffic authorities myself. WORST RENTAL car company in the world, will never use them again
