Terrible service stay away

The worst car hire company ever I booked a car with carflexi for collection at cape town airport on arrival and after reconfirming my times there was no consultant with a board and my name called the number on the voucher told it’s the wrong number not the Cape Town office battles to get the right number after a struggle got a call that they will call me back waited further then called again and the lady tried to connect me with a airport clerk and battled after a long wait an unproffesional person approached us no greeting nothing an expects us to follow him to a dreadful car park. I provided him me card details my address and email address my drivers license and been spiteful he keeps me waiting and threatens to cancel the booking I called his office as he refused to provide me his managers details but to no avail.
