Terribile Service - DO NOT USE these ****mers

There was no office at the collection site, and the representative was extremely rude. No one was waiting at the airport as previously advised. The telephone number provided was not operational—it simply rang continuously, with no assistance available.

I collected the car in the evening after waiting for more than an hour. When I returned it, another representative identified a microscopic mark on the windscreen that was barely visible and had not been noticed by either party at the time of collection. The company is now attempting to hold me responsible for it.

The handling of this matter feels unfair and has left me seriously concerned about the company’s practices, particularly after reading reports of similar experiences from other customers. I intend to escalate the matter to the highest appropriate level.

This was my first and last booking with this company. I am extremely disappointed and will not use its services again.
