THIS IS A ****. Booked and paid for a vehicle (through booking.com surprisingly). Got to Durban airport and nothing to be found. There is no such rental company at the airport. The number they provided in the confirmation email does not exist. Managed to get hold of someone on a cell number but they have stopped responding and are seemingly not refunding my money.
