Not as reasonable as the quoted price - there is a hidden un-refundable fee

When looking up car rentals online, Green Motion came up first via a site aggregator. They were the cheapest quote by quite a margin, but there was no mention of a compulsory deposit of R450 which actually made them more expensive than other car rental agencies would have been. In addition, and as pointed out in other reviews, there is no airport presence, so you are at the mercy of an agent being there to meet and greet you. It was then quite a process in getting to the car - it was a distance away from the airport, and similarly, when returning the car, you have to call ahead to have an agent there ready to collect it from you. The real irritation is the unmentioned deposit (which is not for a potential accident cover, which was another R11 000), so as the law says, "caveat emptor" - let the buyer beware
