Nightmare GREENMOTION!!! BIG ****!!!!

I regret to report a terrible experience with GREENMOTION Fiumicino. My attempt to rent a car from them turned into a nightmare. Although I had paid for comprehensive insurance, the company refused to honour it and instead insisted on charging me €300 for their own insurance. When I refused, left a refundable deposit and later returned the car with no signs of damage, they charged me for causing damage in two places and charged me a whopping €436. Even worse, the photos they provided me with as proof didn't even match the type of car I had rented. To make matters worse, the company did not respond to my emails even after providing evidence of their *****. Based on my experience and the reviews I have read, it seems that this problem may not be limited to Rome, but may be a problem in their branches worldwide. I don't recommend it and close your computer right away if you see their offer!!!!
