Green motion car rental poor service

The worst car rental company. I've been booking with AVIS, Europcars and Woodford I've never experienced such incompetence. I collected their car, Green motion company car, at OR. Tambo, on the 29 September 2026 and returned it on the 3rd of October 2026. To date i didn't receive my refund of the deposit, no communication what so ever. I dont see myself booking any car form this company again, they do not care about customers.
