Green Motion Car Rental London Heathrow

<p>The rental was done from Heathrow airport - and first of all dont the reception when finally arriving at the desk (bus from heathrow to holiday inn) the desk was slow and we had to wait in queue. The car booked was not available - we were originally quoted R2723 for two weeks rental - I am currently with a bill of over R10,000 for the same rental. The agents firstly just want to upsell their insurance and I think when you dont take their insurance they mark you as when we returned they found an obscure mark on the car - and when escalating this to their customer service (the desk their do not handle complaints) - firstly they nearly force you to conclude everything and you have to be very clear with them that you are not prepared to do that. When the customer service comes back they just respond that it was your responsibility to highlight to the agents that it was raining and you will not be able to give a good assesment on the condition of the paint - this was for a hairline scratch that can be polished out.</p> <p>If you want fair service do not use Green Motion!!!!</p>
