Green Motion Car Rental

Paid the deposit via the Car Flexi website and they weren't able to answer my questions. In fact didn't know that Green Motion was the actual service provider. When they inserted my card to pay 'PIN NOT AUTHORISED' popped up without me even giving the option of inserting the pin number. I spent 90 minutes on the phone to my bank to try and resolve the issue. There was no issue with the card, and I offered another card which they would not accept. In the meantime we asked where the car was that we had booked and they said that it was not there and we would have to take a smaller car as the terms said 'or the like'. The person there said that if she had a pound for every time someone asked this she would be rich. This is the second time we have been duped by Green Motion and I certainly will not be using Car Flexi ever again either. Pretty much a ****. Use reputable rental companies and rather pay a bit more as in the end you will lose on deals like this in any case. Waiting for replies from Green Motion and Car Flexi for over a week already. Have ear-marked this transaction as ***** with my bank.

Nearly every person in the container (their office) was on the phone trying to resolve some or other issue. Bumped into a couple of these people at Avis renting other cars and abandoned Green Motion. The person at Avis said they should have a shuttle between Green Motion and themselves for the amount of people that come from there.
