Deposit not refunded

I have rentered a car via booking.com with green motion Gqeberha on the 23-27 December 2024. I was told I will get my rent deposit within 7 days, I have not received it and when I sent the an email I was told I must go check with my bank of which I did. The bank has indicated that no money was credited back to my card I then sent them an email with my bank statement which they requested they then kept quiet and never responded to my emails. My deposit was R7 300 and when I contact booking.com I am not getting any assistance with them.
