Deposit not paid back to my account 22 days later

I rented a car from Green Motion Cape town on the 25th of September. They deducted a deposit of R19 600, and I was told the amount would be in my account in 7 - 21 Working days. I still have not received my money back nor have I received any feedback from green motion. I want my money back! This is a huge set back and inconvenience.
