Deplorable Business Practice

I booked a vehicle via PRICELINE who do the rentals for Green Motion. Worst experience ever. They do not tell you about the exorbitant upfront deposit to be paid when fetching the vehicle. They tell you that your deposit will be refunded within 7 working days. When I called them, they say it will take 21 working days. Cannot get hold of them about my deposit and did not get my deposit back.
