CREDIT CARD *****

Meet and Greet was 3 hours late and did not have a car ready. I had to take a dirty, damage car with half a tank of petrol. When I returned the car all this was noted. 3 weeks later they took R11000.00 from my credit card. When they eventually bother to pick up thier phones they said it was taken by mistake and they would refund me. 2 weeks later still no refund.
