What a ****!! I booked a vehicle from OR Tambo International Airport. Arrived, looked for their receiving counter, not with all the other car rental companies, phoned them to be told car on it's way - they are not based at OR Tambo but off-site - nowhere during the booking process was I advised that they are an "Off-site" operator. I waited over 50minutes from the scheduled booking time only to be advised, when car eventually arrived, that I needed to give the driver a lift back to their off-site office and in order to finalise the paper work. As I was already behind my schedule and was not prepared to transport drivers around areas I an unfami**** with, I made alternative arrangements. When I requested a refund, unsurprisingly, I received the below response with them totally walking away from any responsibility -

"Good Afternoon, Thank you for your email. Firstly, I would like to say how sorry I am that you were not able to rent from us on this occasion. I understand that you booked through a third-party booking agent. Therefore, I would kindly ask that you contact them directly in regards to any refund" Never again!
