Bad Service

I was in Turkey around 25th April 2019 til the 1st May,where I hired a car from greenmotion car hire and charged deposit of $300. I returned the vehicle in same condition it was issued. But it is almost three weeks later and my deposit is not yet paid back. After I submitted all relevant documents no more correspondence was forthcoming from greenmotion even after repeated attempts.
