Unresolved Security Deposit Refund – Total Lack of Communication (Rental Agreement: RNT-131385) I rented a vehicle from Kennings Green Motion on July 3, 2026, in Johannesburg OR Tambo international Airport, South Africa, More than two months later (it is now September 15, 2026), my security deposit has still not been refunded to my account.The customer service since returning the vehicle has been completely unacceptable: Ignored Calls: My numerous phone calls either go completely unanswered or get ignored.Dropped Lines: On the rare occasions someone does pick up, I am placed on hold indefinitely until the line cuts out. Unresponsive Emails: I have sent multiple emails following up on my funds, none of which have received a reply. At this point, the entire operation feels like a ****. Keeping a customer's deposit for months without explanation or communication is highly unprofessional. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them if you expect to see your deposit back.
