Halfway through our rental period, Kenings phoned us because the car we had was up for a service, a fact that had somehow escaped their notice when we drove out of the airport with the car. Although they brought a replacement car to our location, we were subsequently charged for the fuel used to exchange the car.

When we returned the car, they sent a bogus photo of a damaged hubcap, damage which couldn't possible have been incurred while we had the car, and then charged a damage fee to my credit card without my permission. I sent an email disputing the damage claim, but obviously got no response.

As far as I'm concerned, this company is nothing more than a bunch of ******. Your greens will definitely be in motion as they fly out of your bank account with Green Motion.
