Disgraceful service tantamount to theft!

Pity I can’t give zero stars! Over two weeks after returning the hired car to Cape Town airport, and receiving the all clear - I’m STILL waiting for my R11 000 deposit to be cleared and returned to my account! I’ve emailed 4 times without responses to 3 of those emails - the only response was rude, and utterly unhelpful! I’ve hired cars all over the world and never been treated with such contempt - this company deserves to receive all the negative reviews possible - disgraceful “service”!
