Initially, the instructions for car collection were unclear, leading us to navigate the entire airport before locating the service. The entire transaction was then conducted from the car's trunk. Upon receiving the car, it became evident that it was not in good condition, prompting us to request a replacement, which was provided. When returning the car at the end of the rental period, numerous calls were necessary before someone arrived to collect it. The most frustrating aspect is the abysmal and prolonged delay in refunding the deposit. Even after 21 days and multiple calls to request the refund, it has not been processed. I have no intention of using their services again due to this extremely poor experience, marking it as the worst service I have ever encountered.
